The staff was amazingly nice and pleasant, the accommodation was intimate and spotlessly clean. They offered us delicious meals, had lots of options to choose from. You guys made our stay very pleasant.

Wonderful old and intimate place, it has best staff with lovely service by the staff. The location is unbeatable and excellent, pretty close to the metro station.
Their breakfast is basic, can be way much better.

Everything is nice here, had a very very good stay during our visit. The breakfast offers variety of coffee, cereals, pastries, yoghourt, and fruit. Plus, the location is excellent and fantastic, minutes from a public square.

It was perfectly clean and the staff were attentive and helpful, beds were large. The location was perfect, a super close walk to Escultura de Fernando Pessoa. The restaurant had hot food, enjoyed it.
Had fairly basic breakfast, it might be better.

The location was stunning in city center, few metres away from A 1902-Built Elevator. What's more, it was close enough to Metro, restaurants, shops and places of interest, the airport and major sights, metro and train stations as well as Tram 28 stops.

A pleasant and absolutely fantastic hotel, my first choice in Lisbon. Immaculately clean accommodation, incredibly nice and affable staff with lovely service by the staff. Great location, easy walk to a tram station. Lots of a restaurant and restaurants to eat outside.

Had a very very good stay on february. Overall it was nicely decorated and well-equipped with a double bed. Everything seemed nice, reasonably clean. The personnel was very amiable and best. The location was unbeatable and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Carmo Archaeological Museum.

everything was simply perfect. the place was pleasant and exceptionally clean. loved the way our premium suite was arranged. the staff tried to be attentive and accommodating and made our stay a perfectly pleasant experience. the location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to a waterside public plaza. the vibe here was elegant.

The staff helped us and were great. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Rossio Square. Visited few places in the centre, a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
